OACP's monthly check on salaries and wages in Oxfordshire shows that the mean rate advertised for Registered Managers has dropped by over £2,300 in the last 12 months. The Carterton area remains the highest payer with Abingdon consistently the lowest.

Advertised rates across the County for care assistants rose by £0.71 ph and support workers by £0.64 ph over the same period.
