Oxfordshire County Council has updated its Workforce Strategy to reflect the position to 2028, shortening the cycle for this update period, in part to step in line with LGR. However, since publication LGR has been paused, pending review.

The updated combined strategy sets forward how the Council will support, develop and strengthen the adult social care workforce across Oxfordshire.

Alongside this OACP has published a series of webpages covering Government plans. We will be adding to this in the coming weeks to identify the specific work going on in Oxfordshire and what will be useful in making a difference to local recruitment.
