OACP, BCPA and BCA have agreed a joint response to the draft Thames Valley ICB Operating Model calling for better representation within the model for the independent adult social care sector. It is estimated that 45% of funding spent on ASC in the Thames Valley is made by between 13,000 - 15,000 self-funders.
