Joe Fisher to Host the 2026 Oxfordshire Care Awards at The Oxford Belfry
OACP is delighted to announce that Joe Fisher, compère, broadcaster and live‑event host, will lead the celebrations at the Oxfordshire Care Awards 2026 on 21 May at The Oxford Belfry, where guests will enjoy a Gala Dinner honouring excellence across the county’s care sector.
With more than a decade of experience hosting major awards ceremonies, charity galas, festivals and corporate events across the UK, Joe has built a strong public profile for his warm, engaging style and his ability to bring audiences together. He is a regular host for organisations across health, education, business and the voluntary sector.
Joe will guide guests through an evening recognising outstanding care workers, teams, local heroes and organisations who make a profound difference to people’s lives across Oxfordshire. The awards, organised by Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers (OACP), in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, shine a spotlight on compassion, professionalism and innovation in social care, bringing together leaders, frontline staff, families and community partners.
Speaking ahead of the event, Eddy McDowall, Chief Executive of OACP said:

The Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony will take place from 6.30 pm at The Oxford Belfry, with finalists representing the very best of care across the county.
