DHSC | Fair Pay Agreement consultation now live

All consultation materials can be found here: Fair pay agreement process in adult social care - GOV.UK The consultation will be open until 16 January 2026. 

DHSC will also be producing an impact assessment and an Easy Read version of the consultation document and survey but these are not currently ready. They will be added to this landing page in due course.
