OCC adopts Aptamis as tender portal partner

The tender process for the new home care framework, Staying Well at Home (SWAH) is expected to commence in early July, with the exact launch date to be confirmed.

Any provider wishing to submit a tender for the new framework will need to be registered on the Council's new procurement portal - Atamis.


All procurement activities undertaken by Oxfordshire County Council will now be conducted exclusively via the Atamis Portal. To participate in procurement opportunities, including submitting a tender for the new Staying Well At Home (SWAH) home care framework, your organisation will be required to register an account on the portal.

During registration, you may be prompted to merge your account with an existing organisation. This is based on several criteria, including your email domain name. To ensure accurate identification, please register using your official work email address.
