The Council is transitioning to a new prepaid card provider, Allpay, replacing all current EML cards, including companion cards.

Key Dates

• 7–25 July 2025: new Allpay cards delivered
• Until 27 July: continue using EML cards
• From 28 July: start using Allpay cards

Each card will show the supported individual’s name; companion cards will also include your organisation’s name.
