In the lead up to the Employment Rights Bill becoming law and arrangements beginning for the introduction of the Fair Pay Agreement, OACP has set up a dedicated page containing links to open consultations.
Whilst you may not have time to complete all, each consultation will have an impact on your future employment contracts. Please take time to respond to the consultations most relevant to you.
