This course is aimed at growing your internal training by training your trainer.
This is a 1-day course running for six hours between 10am and 4pm.

Learning Outcomes
A dynamic course designed to give you a thorough insight to attain the skills needed to deliver that training whether you are already delivering it or moving into the role.
It includes designing lesson plans, evaluating your training, examples of ice-breakers and varied styles of assessment.
By the end of this session participants will be able to:
Devise effective Learning Outcomes for sessions
Design Lesson Plans
Explain and address participants’ varied learning styles: Honey and Mumford and VARK
Structure effective presentations/training
Explain the purpose and value of ice-breakers – and use them appropriately
Assess participants’ learning
Explain and undertake evaluation of sessions
List some top tips for trainers!
All participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance at the end of the day which can be used for your CPD.
